JOB : HVAC Sales Executive

Our client is a HVAC company in kuwait

1).Implementing effective marketing plans

2).Follow up on sales enquiries, Sales prospects while generating new leads.

3).Liaise and maintain good relationship with network, clients, architects, M&E Consultants, Contractor and end-user.

4).To work with consultants to secure all necessary technical clearances and fulfill authorities approval.

5).Promote products, and specify HVAC solutions for Clients/Consultants (private and government) across Kuwait.

6).Achieve targets for new business through sales visits with key contacts targeting Architects, Consultants, Clients and Contractors.

7).Establish and follow a sales routine to visit consultants, stakeholders and end users on a monthly basis.

8).Manage the negotiation process to secure the best terms for company (required profit margins).

9).Propose the necessary marketing strategies in order to increase opportunities for gaining specification.

10).Attend regular internal sales meetings in order to exchange information on customers and potential targets as well as specific projects. Shares knowledge & leads with relevant individuals/teams.

11).Attend periodic meetings with Consultants to update information on project status and collect information on potential prospects.

12).Maintain and monitor project record system (CRM).

13).Maintain a contact database (CRM) showing a history of calls and appointments together with a forward planner showing introduction, presentation, follow up, tenders out, tenders back and contract awarded for all prospects, targets and customers.

14).Produces a monthly report and submits to the Senior Management.

1.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English, Arabic preferred but not a must; 2.Broad functional experience in strategic planning, sales, marketing, market development and promotion; 3.Excellent negotiation and customer management skills; 4.Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work well within a team environment; 5.Good financial acumen, strong commercial awareness and presentation skills and consultative sales capabilities. 6.Applicants must be willing to work under pressure and able to travel if required. 7.Applicants should have relevant residence status. 8.Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 9.Proficiency in MS- Office and skills in AutoCAD is a plus. 10.Valid Kuwaiti Driving License. 11.3- 5 years of experience in sales of HVAC products via “specification”, preferably in a multilevel environment to both residential and commercial projects customers;
