DESCRIPTION

  • Handling 2 branches of more
  • Make sure all SOP are followed and in place
  • Monitor Sales of Branches allocated
  • Make sure all staff have the necessary trainings
  • Reporting maintenance requirements ( fix or change ) and requesting
  • Daily Branch Check & inspection
  • Ensures that dishes are produced & Presented as per the Standard written
  • Adhere to budget
  • Make sure that all working areas and camps are safe and healthy environments.
  • Manages investigation when safety related incident occurs, write down lesson learned and change SOP
  • accordingly to prevent such incident from happening again.

  • Manages the Periodic Maintenance (Preventive Maintenance) for all premises, equipment and furniture.
  • Manages investigation when an equipment failure occurs and document the reason of failure.
  • Staff evaluation
  • Manage ordering and stock levels
  • Review and set the employee roaster & transportation  planned by the RM
  • Improve Restaurant experience

    CANDIDATE PROFILE
    1.He must have 5 years total experience with 2-3 years experience as an Area Manager; 2. Must be of European/American/Australian/British nationality; 3. Fluent in English communication skills; 4. Willing to travel to GCC Locations as per requirement; 5. Capable of adapting to a multi - cultural environment.
