JOB : Operation Manager - Fine Dining
15 to 20 years
Our client is a Food and Beverage company.

Looking for an experienced hospitality professional.


1.      This operational role will manage the set up and break down of all the fine dining areas, whilst looking after the food and beverage operation to ensure a first class service.

2.      This role gives you the opportunity to work with a dynamic, performance-focused team in a region where the restaurant industry is thriving. 

3.      Includes ordering, financial planning, supervising employees, maintaining sanitation standards in public areas and kitchen or beverage preparation areas, and monitoring safety.

4.      Also requires the ability to handle human resources and accounting processes such as hiring and payroll.

5.      Lead a team of Area Managers to ensure all outlets for a particular brand, in a designated region, operate at the high standards the Company expects.

6.      Involved in identifying growth opportunities, monitoring performance to agreed levels and developing a strong team of casual managers and staff.

7.      In this role you will be responsible for achieving all business plan targets, actively contributing to new store openings and identifying opportunities for employee and business development across a region – a region which may include multiple countries.

8.      Liaise with guest services and the client to ensure a seamless service is delivered to all customers.

9.      Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiate improvements; build relationships with preferred guests.

10.  Seek out opportunities to personally connect with individual guests, focusing on repeat and VIP guests, to ensure service exceeds expectations and guests receive special attention



• Operational knowledge, skills and experience in hospitality, • Logistics sense for efficient set up and breakdown of events, • Management of multiple Profit and Loss Accounts, • Management of a large and diverse casual team, • Client liaison, • Excellent communication skills, • Resilience to manage multiple tasks and prioritise importance, • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment, • Ability to interpret and utilise financial and commercial information, • Experienced in using Microsoft Office, • Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
