Our client is an Investment Company in Kuwait.

Job Purpose

·         To manage the operations of the company, including development of new branches, marketing, communications, HR and finance

·         Develop and approve strategies to meet shareholders, consumer (parents), and employee needs.

·          Communicate with people inside and outside the company to discover what policies, services, and marketing strategies will help the business move forward

·         Liaise with relevant government authorities to get timely approval and reviews completed

·         Make important decisions that affect the company's direction and its employees


Job Duties

·         Take the lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing the service levels and how departments work together to reach company goals and by coming up with fresh ideas that will set the company apart from competitors

·         Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

·         Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

·         Review the current systems for administration, education management and finance and overhaul the systems if necessary

·         Review the current organization structure and restructure the current employees or hire new employees to fill the gap

·         Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits

·         Review the current policies and procedures and make changes if necessary

·         Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics

·         Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements

·         Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for shareholders

·         Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company

• An ideal candidate will be bilingual (Arabic and English) and have over 15 years of experience managing a school or education institutes or companies as a CEO or school director. • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision • Strong understanding of corporate finance, business development and performance management principles • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc. • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices • Knowledge of the legal and governmental regulations in the education sector • Excellent communication and public speaking skills • M. Sc/MA in business administration or relevant field
