DESCRIPTION

Maintain effective relations with tenants and ensure timely collection of rents and resolution of grievances.

o    Process tenant check-in and ensure all documents are complete

o    Investigate and respond to complaints made by or about tenants and take corrective action

o    Process tenant check out

o    Ensure implementation of rules and regulations for tenants and other occupants

o    Review maintenance invoices and labor attendance

o    Prepare documents viz. circulars, notices related to tenants

o    Follow up with tenants invoices as per Property Manger request and rent collection

o    Coordinate with legal department on defaulters and cases.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Bachelor in Accounting • 5-6 years of experience in customer/tenant relationship management • Excellent customer service skills • Good verbal and written communication in Arabic and English • Excellent negotiation skills • Good problem, solving skills • Excellent organization and time management skills
