JOB : HR Supervisor
7 to 10 years
Our client is one of the listed Real Estate Company in Kuwait.


The purpose of the role is to support the HR Team in delivering high-value added services to the business by ensuring that company policies are formulated and enforced consistently in all areas of   development, information systems, performance management, rewards and   promotion. The position also assists with special HR Projects as required.   



Key Responsibilities:


1.      Supports day-to-day HR function activities   

2.      Administers the formulation and enforcement of HR Policies and Procedures   

3.      Advises and counsels First Line Managers on employee relation issues, as well as, reviews documents of disciplinary   action or performance improvement plans for appropriate content   

4.      Supervises salary grading scale and   assure compliance with HR / Corporate norms   

5.      Supervises development and maintenance of job profiles for every function to ensure accurate recruitment, placement and performance management   

6.      Acts as a first point of contact for employee issues regarding their complaints on work conditions, management,   etc.   

7.      Investigates disciplinary incidences and solves / reports to HR Heads suggesting next¬ís steps and prepares summary   reports   

8.      Follows-up on all employee-related issues regarding rewards, recognition and corrective actions, safety,   welfare, wellness and health to maximize employee attitude, condition and   morale   

9.  Analyses and designs attractive reward   schemes as compared to the local labor and job market   

10.  Conducts Employee Performance Dialogues   with the Line Manager and Exit Interviews   

11.  Generates various HR Reports as requested and needed

12.  Designing, overseeing and implementing a firm's compensation and benefits programs.
Monitor salary structures.

13.  Consulting with internal business partners, such as department heads and management, to assess benefits, compensation and compliance needs



1.      Adheres to HR Policies and Procedures   and acts as a role-model to all employees   

2.      Maintains confidentiality and   sensitivity of information in accordance with the HR Policies and Procedures   i.e., pay increments, bonus, promotion/demotion, joiners/leavers   

3.      Ensures the service given is delivered   within HR and Admin. Governance framework   

4.      Ensures all accessed employee documents   and files are returned and secured properly   

5.      Performs other related duties and   responsibilities as directed by the head/s of the department

1. Preferable male familiar with oracle system 2. Knowledge of all HR Functions. 3. Bachelor Degree/Higher diploma. 4. Arab only
