DESCRIPTION

1. Contracts: Coordinate and arrange renewals of existing maintenance contracts and make new AMC for project out of warranty.

2. EP – Expense Participation: Assist in gathering information from market on quotes and market prices to prepare EP (Allocation of funds expenditure) for the assigned project.

3. Payments: Prepare maintenance/projects payment memos to FCD as per payment term and conditions of contracts, follow up to ensure fees are paid to the vendors.

4. Requisitions: Prepare all purchase requisition related to maintenance and projects.

5. Tendering: Review of tender evaluation reports and prepare (typing only) comparison sheets for all tenders of all projects. .

6. Internal Coordination: Liaise with various departments for installation of systems and merchandising is in line with bank’s requirements and act as a point of contact with RBD for maintenance requisitions related to Branches.

7. Contractors: Follow up on all outstanding admin issues to be solved.

8. Filing: Ensure all documents for projects & maintenance are filed properly.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
