DESCRIPTION
  • Welcomes all guests, Visitors to the Company, directing each one according to his needs and as per the Internal Policy.
  • Manage the Daily Activities of the Office from the Administration Viewpoint, Assisting the Showroom Staff in preparing, building all the Workpapers which assisting in satisfying the Daily needs of Showroom activities.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives, handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Assisting Finance department, prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping, Hosting Suppliers Rep. and coordinate it with Accounting Team, assisting in Managing Purchasing.
  • answering calls, redirect them when appropriate, taking messages and handling correspondence, maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, Meeting on Company system, organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes), managing databases, prioritizing workloads, implementing new procedures and administrative systems, liaising with relevant organizations and clients, managing reception and meeting and greeting clients.
  • Manage A Good Role of Servicing For all the Staff of Company and Branches, playing Key Role and coordination between All departments, Units Head, Different Functions. 
  • Assisting the Marketing Department in All Admin Work and creation of New Documents, presentation, Paperwork, designs and other related Marketing activities. 
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms, Prices with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders and coordinate it with Administration Section.
  • Conduct research according to required topics, prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
  • Arrange the Work days to the General Manager form appointments and Meetings and other Business Needs
  • Working on HR System -Admin Module and Feed the Right Information.
  • Assisting the Governmental Affairs sections in Preparation of the Legal Ministries Form and do the required Typing of Forms, assisting the HR Manager in HR Related Tasks (recruitment – Training creation, Performance Appraisals)
