<li>Follow and achieve outdoor sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis</li>
<li>Review and monitor the targets achievement (sales v/s budgets, stock reports, profitability) on daily/weekly/monthly basis as required and develop and communicate corrective action along with sales team if required</li>
<li>Promote sales through regular visit to customers, potential customers and retail merchandising</li>
<li>Maintain good understanding of the local market (designated area) and customer base; industry and competition; develop and implement the sales initiatives accordingly</li>
<li>Identify potential customers within the market, actively seek out customers in market to sustain and expand customer base and increase sales volume</li>
<li>Engage with the customers to accurately understand the need and requirements of the customer and provide products and service accordingly</li>
<li>Maintain good brand and product knowledge. Upkeep with the latest brand and product developments</li>
<li>Evaluate, present and negotiate the sales contracts and packages with clients and close deals effectively</li>

<li>Handle the cash, invoices, cash collection and process payments</li>
