Job Overview:<br />
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Sales Representative to grow and manage our customer base across Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés in Kuwait. The role is field-based and focuses on driving revenue through consistent customer engagement, full product portfolio presentation, and acquisition of new accounts.<br />
Key Responsibilities:<br />
1. Customer Visits &amp; Coverage<br />
 Execute daily customer visits in line with assigned routes and frequency plans (100% compliance required)<br />
 Plan efficient travel routes to maximize productivity<br />
 Record all customer interactions in CRM (visit purpose, outcome, next steps)<br />
2. Product Portfolio Selling<br />
 Present the full product range during every customer visit<br />
 Proactively promote new products, offers, and upselling opportunities<br />
 Avoid simple order-taking; focus on consultative selling<br />
3. New Business Development<br />
 Identify and approach new HORECA customers within assigned territory<br />
 Convert leads into active accounts<br />
 Achieve monthly target of 3–5 new customer acquisitions<br />
4. Sales Growth &amp; Basket Expansion<br />
 Analyze customer menus and identify gaps in product usage<br />
 Increase average order size to 5–7 SKUs per customer<br />
 Replace competitor products through value-based selling<br />
5. Reporting &amp; Administration<br />
 Submit daily field activity reports<br />
 Maintain accurate CRM records (orders, visits, complaints)<br />
 Report competitor activities, pricing, and market trends<br />
Candidate Profile:<br />
 Arabic-speaking male candidates preferred<br />
 Valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory<br />
 Familiarity with Kuwait’s HORECA market is a strong advantage<br />
 2–8 years of sales experience in HORECA, FMCG, or food distribution<br />
 Proven track record in outdoor/field sales<br />
 Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills<br />
 Target-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs<br />
 Good communication skills in Arabic and English<br />
 Basic proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office</p>

Candidate Profile:<br />
• Proven track record in investment sales, business development, or a similar role<br />
• Extensive network and experience in securing high-net-worth and institutional investors<br />
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills<br />
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements<br />
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, preferably a Masters or MBA<br />
• At least 5 years’ experience in investment placement, of which at least 2 years must be in an investment bank/company in Kuwait<br />
• Kuwaiti National Preferred<br />
