Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, leadership capabilities, and relevant industry experience, preferably in vehicle leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records
Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
Supervise and guide the accounting team
Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes

Candidate Profile:

Requirement open to all nationals
Around 10 years plus experience in relevant roles
Proven experience in handling and managing a team
Postgraduate degree in Accounting / Finance (Mandatory)
CA Inter /CA preferred

Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing and developing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with retail standards while achieving company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
 Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers by identifying key advocates and leveraging these relationships to strengthen long-term customer engagement
 Lead, train, and supervise the sales team in daily activities, performance standards, and sales techniques
 Set individual sales targets for sales executives and monitor performance against assigned goals
 Monitor overall sales targets and manage customer flow to ensure optimal coverage and service
 Collect, analyze, and maintain customer and prospective customer data for future business opportunities
 Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales plans aligned with company objectives
 Identify and develop contacts for promotional and sales campaigns
 Coordinate closely with the Marketing and PR Manager to implement marketing plans and strategies
 Ensure all sales staff comply with company policies and established retail standards
 Conduct regular training sessions to update sales staff on retail standards and procedures
 Document sales progress, challenges, and operational issues, ensuring smooth office operations
 Address personnel and operational issues promptly and efficiently
Candidate Profile:
 Requirement open for Arab Nationals
 Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
 5-7 years of experience in relevant field
 Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities

Sales Executive-Motorcycle

Key Responsibilities:
 Develops an understanding of entire range of Motorbikes and provide customers with detailed information and demonstration.
 Provides test drive for potential customer.
 Provides customers with financial rates and availability of stock.
 Provides customer, where required, with best and easy installment methods
 Closes the sale and advice customers of their administrative contact and ensure that all paper work is complete in preparation for vendors.
 Maintains customer satisfaction level and prospect new customers
 Achieves sales objective and contribute to the profitability of business
 Maintains high level of customer services
 Ensures that all brand related trainings are completed successfully and required certifications are achieved as per brand standards.
 Adheres to all the internal and external brand audit criteria as specified by the management and principals
