Job Purpose:<br />
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing and developing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with retail standards while achieving company sales targets.<br />
Key Responsibilities:<br />
 Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers by identifying key advocates and leveraging these relationships to strengthen long-term customer engagement<br />
 Lead, train, and supervise the sales team in daily activities, performance standards, and sales techniques<br />
 Set individual sales targets for sales executives and monitor performance against assigned goals<br />
 Monitor overall sales targets and manage customer flow to ensure optimal coverage and service<br />
 Collect, analyze, and maintain customer and prospective customer data for future business opportunities<br />
 Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales plans aligned with company objectives<br />
 Identify and develop contacts for promotional and sales campaigns<br />
 Coordinate closely with the Marketing and PR Manager to implement marketing plans and strategies<br />
 Ensure all sales staff comply with company policies and established retail standards<br />
 Conduct regular training sessions to update sales staff on retail standards and procedures<br />
 Document sales progress, challenges, and operational issues, ensuring smooth office operations<br />

 Requirement open for Arab Nationals<br />
 Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in relevant fields<br />
 5-7 years of experience in relevant field<br />
 Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities<br />
