Reporting To: Board Of Directors
Job Objective:
To provide legal, administrative, marketing, and logistical support necessary to ensure the effective implementation and high performance of Academy’s operational work plan. The Training Manager plays a key role in coordinating and overseeing daily operations related to training programs, ensuring quality delivery and continuous process improvement.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
ï‚·Plan and execute daily and weekly training-related activities in line with the approved operational plan.
ï‚·Prepare performance and result reports for senior management.
ï‚·Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including clients and corporate partners.
ï‚·Track training documentation, correspondence, and maintain organized digital and physical records.
ï‚·Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering professional and high-quality support.
ï‚·Contribute to the enhancement of operational systems and training delivery processes.
Candidate Profile:
ï‚·Required Bilingual Arab Nationals
ï‚·Required Bachelors |Degree in relevant field
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in training, learning & development, or academic program leadership
ï‚·Proven track record in managing training departments, curriculum design, and instructional deliveryoversight
ï‚·Experience with corporate training, soft skills development, or legal/technical training is preferred
ï‚·Proficient in Odoo, instructional design principles, LMS platforms, and trainer performance evaluation
