Job Summary:
Lead the strategic development and lifecycle management of the company hair care product line, driving innovation, market positioning, and revenue growth across GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚· Develop and execute product strategy for hair care range (shampoos, conditioners, serums, tonics, oils,
ï‚· masks, and bundles)
ï‚· Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the GCC hair care market
ï‚· Manage product lifecycle from concept to discontinuation
ï‚· Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional bundles
ï‚· Collaborate with R&D; to develop new formulations and product innovations
ï‚· Monitor product performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback
ï‚· Coordinate with marketing team on product launches and campaigns
ï‚· Ensure product compliance with GCC regulatory requirements
ï‚· Manage product portfolio profitability and forecast demand
ï‚· Develop product training materials for sales and customer care teams
Candidate Profile:
ï‚· Requirement open to all
ï‚· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
ï‚· 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in beauty/cosmetics industry
ï‚· Deep understanding of hair care products and consumer behavior in GCC markets
ï‚· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
ï‚· Experience with e-commerce and multi-channel distribution
ï‚· Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
ï‚· Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
