Senior Civil Engineer

Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, milestones, and resource plans in line
with contractual requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to
ensure smooth execution of civil works.
Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications; raise
RFIs/TQs for discrepancies and clarifications.
Prepare and submit method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and other technical
documents for approval.
Provide technical support and engineering solutions to resolve site issues and avoid
delays or rework.
Supervise civil construction activities including excavation, backfilling, foundations,
reinforced concrete works, structural elements, asphalt paving, road works, grouting,and fencing.
Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and
HSE standards.
Coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance to ensure quality, safety, and
schedule compliance.
Support QA/QC activities including inspection requests (IRs), reinforcement
inspections, concrete pours, material testing, and documentation control.
Maintain as-built drawings, progress reports, and project documentation for
submission and handover.
Assist in cost estimation, quantity verification, and budget monitoring to ensure
financial control.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and project safety
requirements.
Participate in client meetings, provide progress updates, and support final inspection
and project handover activities.

QC Engineer

Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure clear quality requirements.
Prepare and implement Quality Control Plans (QCP), ITPs, and inspection procedures.
Verify and approve construction materials as per project standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and
codes.
Monitor key activities including excavation, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete
works.
Coordinate material testing (concrete, soil, asphalt) and NDT as required.
Maintain inspection records, test reports, and regulatory documentation.
Raise and close NCRs, implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients on quality matters.
Conduct final inspections, close punch list items, and manage handover
documentation.
Promote continuous improvement and best practices in quality control.
