Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing and developing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with retail standards while achieving company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚· Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers by identifying key advocates and leveraging these relationships to strengthen long-term customer engagement
ï‚· Lead, train, and supervise the sales team in daily activities, performance standards, and sales techniques
ï‚· Set individual sales targets for sales executives and monitor performance against assigned goals
ï‚· Monitor overall sales targets and manage customer flow to ensure optimal coverage and service
ï‚· Collect, analyze, and maintain customer and prospective customer data for future business opportunities
ï‚· Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales plans aligned with company objectives
ï‚· Identify and develop contacts for promotional and sales campaigns
ï‚· Coordinate closely with the Marketing and PR Manager to implement marketing plans and strategies
ï‚· Ensure all sales staff comply with company policies and established retail standards
ï‚· Conduct regular training sessions to update sales staff on retail standards and procedures
ï‚· Document sales progress, challenges, and operational issues, ensuring smooth office operations
ï‚· Address personnel and operational issues promptly and efficiently
Candidate Profile:
ï‚· Requirement open for Arab Nationals
ï‚· Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
ï‚· 5-7 years of experience in relevant field
ï‚· Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
