 Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible to successfully approach the clients and close the sales deals contributing towards the sales and business targets, growth and profitability whilst maintaining the retail and company standards and customer satisfaction
 Key Responsibilities:
- Follow and achieve outdoor sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Review and monitor the targets achievement (sales v/s budgets, stock reports, profitability) on daily/weekly/monthly basis as required and develop and communicate corrective action along with sales team if required
- Promote sales through regular visit to customers, potential customers and retail merchandising
- Maintain good understanding of the local market (designated area) and customer base; industry and competition; develop and implement the sales initiatives accordingly
- Identify potential customers within the market, actively seek out customers in market to sustain and expand customer base and increase sales volume
- Engage with the customers to accurately understand the need and requirements of the customer and provide products and service accordingly
- Maintain good brand and product knowledge. Upkeep with the latest brand and product developments
- Evaluate, present and negotiate the sales contracts and packages with clients and close deals effectively
- Plan sales strategies such as visits, cold calling, and distribution of promotional materials to attract and retain customers.
- Provide product information, features, benefits and usage and assist customer with the purchase decisions
- Build and develop short- and long-term relationships with customers
- Maximize the sales opportunities through cross selling and add on selling and effectively close sales
- Recommend/advise customers on selection, utilization and maintenance of the products based on the customer needs
- Provide information to the customers on any deals/promotions as applicable
- Handle the customer complaints, problems at the level appropriate, notify and escalate the critical complaints/issues to the concerned manager/supervisor
- Participate in the team goals and contribute towards store sales and customer service
- Observe and inform the supervisor/manager about the customer needs, preferences and sales trends
- Handle the cash, invoices, cash collection and process payments
- Ensure compliance with the retail, brand and business standards and guidelines
- Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis for the management
- Review/Prepare/update store reports and logs on daily/weekly/monthly basis as per the requirements such as stock check, daily sales, income and expenditure etc. and communicate with management.
- Communicate the orders with the sales assistants in timely manner for the invoice process and to schedule the delivery
- Follow up with the client orders and account payments after sale
- Maintain accurate an appropriate client records for reference and reporting purposes. Update on periodic basis
- Liaise with the warehouse team for the stock availability, planned and potential sale
- Monitor the processing of order and distribution. Ensure the billing, payment and delivery is done accurately and timely and as scheduled. Provide guidance and rectifications for any deviations
- Provide support and guidance to the sales team.

Candidate Profile:
- High School Graduate/Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Kuwait Driving License
- Proficient in English & Arabic communication.
- Microsoft Office skills
- Must have at least 3 years and above working experience in a similar position
