In my current role as Project Manager at Kuwait Insurance Company, I spearheaded digital transformation efforts, including policy and claims automation and the launch of mobile applications and customer portals. Previously, at the National Bank of Kuwait, I led the end-to-end development of personal and auto lending products, executed a full core banking system migration, and designed loan programs that addressed key market segments such as expatriates and retirees—contributing to sustained double-digit growth.
