Job Summary
The role requires a strong understanding of the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, with preferably additional experience in retail, restaurants, food products, or related businesses. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives, optimize costs and inventory, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure efficient and uninterrupted supply to business operation

Key Responsibilities:Â
- Develop and implement strategic Supply Chain plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end Supply Chain operations covering Procurement, Sourcing, Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory, Demand Planning, and Maintenance requirements.
- Lead local and international sourcing, including supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and ensure competitive pricing, quality, lead times, and service levels.
- Optimize inventory levels, improve stock availability, reduce wastage, and minimize slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
- Lead demand planning and forecasting in coordination with Operations, Finance, and other relevant departments.
- Oversee warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods and materials.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, spare parts, equipment, and consumables required for restaurant and operational activities.
- Identify and implement cost optimization and Supply Chain efficiency initiatives.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze Supply Chain KPIs, management reports, and performance dashboards.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Purchasing, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless business operations.

Candidate Profile:Â
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Must be currently based in Kuwait.
- Open to all nationalities and genders.
- Strong and proven F&B industry experience is mandatory, preferably within restaurants, food products, food service, or related businesses.
- Retail experience is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Maintenance-related procurement.
- Proven experience in local and international sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Excellent ability to prepare, analyze, and present management reports, Supply Chain KPIs, performance reports, and business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, demand planning, forecasting, and Supply Chain efficiency improvement.
