Job Description

Key Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in collections, credit control, debt recovery, or receivables management.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Proven experience in managing collections teams and achieving collection targets and KPIs.
  • Strong knowledge of collections strategies, debt recovery, credit control, and receivables management.
  • Good understanding of the relevant regulations and legal procedures related to collections in Kuwait.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Good command of both Arabic and English.
  • Experience in the automotive, leasing, financing, or instalment sectors would be highly preferred.
