Job Description
Department: Investment & Insurance

Key Responsibilities:
- Review files, register, process and follow up recovery claims wherever applicable.
- Follow up traffic court cases and collect final court judgements.
- Notify the address of the defendant of court cases as per instructions of our lawyers and should inform the same to court Mandoup as on dates given by lawyers.
- Send letters to insurance companies claiming recovery and follow up.
- Develop and implement recovery claims strategies.
- Prepare monthly and annual recovery reports and timely submission to the management for review.
- Delivery of policies to clients, Statement of account, Renewal notices for the Fire, Miscellaneous, Motor and Marine Departments, Letters to banks/clients, etc. Acknowledgement of the client should be filed in time.
- Depositing Cheques, letters in our bank and collecting our bank advice,statement from bank.
- Collection of LC’s from Banks
- Collection follow up for payments and cheques with other insurance companies
- Delivery and collection of documents to and from the Ministries.
- Submitting quarterly statistics to the Social Affairs office for WC claims paid.
- Any other work assigned by the management from time to time.
Candidate Profile:
- Requirement open to all nationalities
- Bilingual candidates with good knowledge of Arabic & English
- Available to Start Immediately
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field
- Must have a valid driving license
