Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of six retail branches and a central warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background, excellent leadership skills, and a keen understanding of inventory management, product introduction, and operational efficiency. Based in Kuwait, this role is central to driving growth, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring optimal stock levels across all outlets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Branch & Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of 6 retail branches and central warehouse.
  • Ensure operational consistency, SOP compliance, and service quality across all locations.
  • Monitor store performance metrics (sales, footfall, conversion rate, shrinkage).
  • Coordinate logistics and warehouse operations to ensure timely replenishment and efficient inventory flow.

Stock Management

  • Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Analyze sales trends and forecast demand for accurate inventory planning.
  • Coordinate stock transfers between branches and warehouse.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

New Product Launch & Merchandising

  • Lead the introduction of new products across branches.
  • Coordinate with marketing, procurement, and visual merchandising teams.
  • Monitor product performance and adjust stock allocation accordingly.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Provide regular reports on operations, stock, and sales performance.
  • Recommend improvements in operations, cost control, and inventory turnover.
  • Participate in budgeting and strategic planning processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of operations or area management experience in retail (multi-branch).
  • Proven experience in stock control, logistics, and retail merchandising.
  • Familiarity with GCC retail market and consumer behavior.
  • Driving Licensees a must

Arabic Language is an advantage
