Job Description
Location: Hawally, Kuwait
Reporting To: Branch Manager
Working Days & Hours: 6 Days a Week – As per Branch Supervisor’s Schedule
 Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Recreation Supervisor to manage and lead children’s recreational programs and activities. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children (ages 3–14), strong leadership and organizational skills, and experience creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment.
 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise recreational and educational activities for children aged 3–14.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Lead and manage a team of recreational staff.
- Develop weekly/monthly activity schedules aligned with the children’s age groups and interests.
- Monitor participation, behavior, and overall engagement of children.
- Maintain communication with parents, staff, and the Branch Manager regarding program updates and children’s progress.
- Ensure all activities follow safety and health regulations.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and administer First Aid/CPR if needed.
 Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Friendly, patient, and energetic personality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and supervise a team effectively.
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
- Educational Background: Hospitality, Event Management, or Physical Education.
- Language: Bilingual (Arabic & English preferred).
- Gender: Female.
- Nationality Preference: Arabic (Middle East) or European.
