Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in recording daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in managing financial records, invoices, payroll, and budgeting to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintain and update financial records, reports, and ledgers.
  • Support in budget planning and cost analysis for landscaping projects.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial discrepancies, and expenditure tracking.
  • Work with project managers to ensure accurate project cost management.
  • Work closely with the finance team and management to analyze expenses, track cash flow, and maintain compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prepare financial reports for internal use and management review.
  • Stay updated on accounting standards and financial regulations in Kuwait.

 Candidate Profile:

  • Requirement open for all nationals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting preferably in construction, landscaping, or related industries.
  • Strong Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, or similar)
