Job Summary: As the Head of Design, you will lead the landscape architecture and design team, ensuring

the delivery of exceptional, high-end landscaping projects. You will be responsible for developing innovative concepts, overseeing design execution, and maintaining the company’s premium design standards.

.Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage the landscape design team, overseeing all creative and technical aspects.
  • Develop high-end landscape concepts tailored to luxury clients.
  • Oversee master planning, garden layouts, hardscape and softscape integration, and
  • irrigation design.
  • Ensure all designs align with sustainability, innovation, and aesthetic excellence.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to bring visionary designs to life.
  • Direct the use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, and other design tools.
  • Manage the selection of materials, plants, lighting, and water features to enhance project prestige.
  • Conduct design presentations and consultations with VIP clients.
  • Review project execution to maintain design integrity and premium quality.
  • Stay ahead of luxury landscaping trends and introduce innovative solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior designers, ensuring continuous skill enhancement.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design
  • 7+ years of experience in luxury landscape design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end landscape projects
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop
  • Deep understanding of high-quality materials, plant species, and irrigation systems
  • Excellent leadership, client communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work on exclusive, high-value projects with demanding clients
  • Strong business sense – ability to align design vision with company growth goals
