The Sales Manager – Soft Packaging will lead the sales function and manage a team of 3–4 professionals to drive business growth in the soft/flexible packaging segment. The role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring strong coordination with internal teams. The position reports directly to the CEO and requires deep industry knowledge and strong leadership skills.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the soft/flexible packaging market.
Manage and grow relationships with key customers and accounts.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 3–4 members.

Oversee customer acquisition, negotiations, pricing, and contract management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and service.
Resolve customer issues and work closely with internal departments to meet expectations.

Work closely with production, supply chain, and quality teams to align customer requirements.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to planning and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company commercial policies.
Reporting Reporting Reporting:
Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and presentations for the CEO.
Track sales performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
Requirement open for European nationals
10–12 years of experience in sales within the printing, soft packaging, or flexible packaging industry.
Strong knowledge of packaging films, laminates, and printing technologies.
Proven experience in leading sales teams and managing key accounts.
