    HR Assistant Manager

    – Responsible for assisting the HR Manager in managing all aspects of HR department. It includes planning, budgeting, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and implementation of HR policies
    – Assume responsibility for identifying and controlling laborer strikes/disobediences (MHE Operators) as well as creating & implementing a cancellation plan for cash allowances in a timely manner (short-term)
