As the Manager – Café Operations, you’ll take full ownership of outlet performance, expansion, and compliance across both local and international markets, ensuring operational consistency, financial success, and memorable customer experiences across every location.

🛠️ Role Expectations – Lead the performance, profitability, and expansion of all café outlets under the brand – Uphold brand operational standards and customer experience excellence – Oversee international launches, conduct location audits, and ensure cross-border compliance – Actively support strategic planning, franchise development, and commercial decision-making – Apply deep understanding of unit economics, with accountability for P&L, budgeting, and ROI analysis

📚 Education & Qualifications – Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field – Professional certifications in F&B Management or Retail Operations are a plus

📈 Experience – 10–12 years of progressive experience in café or F&B operations – Proven track record of managing multiple café outlets, including new store launches – Strong exposure to international operations and cross-border retail compliance – Direct industry experience in specialty coffee, premium F&B, or QSR is mandatory

Technical & Functional Skills: – Deep knowledge of café P&L management, cost controls, and operational KPIs – Skilled in supply chain coordination, vendor management, and procurement processes – Experienced in developing SOPs, training modules, and quality control systems – Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to oversee ongoing operations while managing launches – Highly organized with a track record of implementing scalable operational systems

📍 Travel Requirement – Occasional international travel is required for new outlet launches and operational audits
