Job Description

Job Location: Kuwait

Job Summary: Planning and performing internal audits on business entities to ensure compliance with legislation and internal regulations, effective risk management, and operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

ï‚· Plan the risk-based internal audit program.
ï‚· Implement the internal audit program.
ï‚· Prepare internal audit reports.
ï‚· Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager
Technical Knowledge-
ï‚· Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS)
ï‚· International standards for internal control, including the COSO framework
Legal Knowledge-
ï‚· Companies Law No. 1 of 2016 and its Executive Regulations, as amended
ï‚· Private Sector Labor Law No. 6 of 2010 and its Executive Regulations, as amended
Candidate Profile:
ï‚· Requirement Open for Arab Nationals only
ï‚· Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a relevant major.
ï‚· Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Certificate or successful completion of one or more parts of the CIA exam.
ï‚· Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit.
ï‚· Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a global audit firm.
