Job Description
Reports to: Commercial and Logistics Manager
Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage our inventory and warehouse operations. The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing materials and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Organize and store items in designated locations in the warehouse.
- Issue materials and items based on requisitions.
- Maintain updated inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the warehouse/storage area.
- Coordinate with corresponding departments regarding stock levels.
- Handle documentation related to inventory, including delivery notes, invoices, and stock movement records.
- Report any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items to the line manager.
- Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels.
 Candidate Profile:
- Requirement open for all nationals
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in warehouse/logistics is a plus)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a storekeeping or warehouse role
- Physical ability to lift and move moderately heavy items.
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory management software is an advantage.
