About me

 

I am a strategic and result driven Director with over 25+ years of international experience having worked with some of the world’s biggest brands. I specialise in Loyalty and Customer Experience.

I am an expert in creating, implementing, and operate luxury/high-end loyalty/retention programmes from inception through execution and optimisation where I am able to increase customer loyalty as well as increasing company revenue and market recognition.

Over two decades, I have managed the strategy, design and execution of Loyalty/Customer Success programmes to strengthen customer relationship and drive repeat business. Carefully analyse all data, optimise rewards structure, and collaborate across marketing, product and technology teams to deliver compelling loyalty experience. I also work closely with the board, owners and C-Suits.

I live and breathe Loyalty and Customer Experience and see myself as an ambassador for clients, members and of course the company.

I am very proud have created and managed some of the most successful Loyalty/Customer Success programmes in the world in places like; London, Oslo, Dubai, Amsterdam and so on….

 

I have lived 6 years in the Middle East and I am now looking to further develop myself, take on new challenges and share my skills and experiences with on other company.
