Responsible for procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, business development, technical application support, tendering, and commercial operations for industrial inspection, testing, and NDT equipment across the Kuwaiti market.

• Manage end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing activities for industrial equipment, NDT systems, inspection technologies, spare parts, consumables, and engineering products.
• Source products from global manufacturers, OEMs, and authorized distributors across Europe, USA, UK, Japan, UAE, India, and Asia, ensuring optimum quality, cost competitiveness, and supply reliability.
• Conduct supplier identification, evaluation, qualification, commercial assessments, price benchmarking, vendor development, and performance reviews to support procurement and sourcing objectives.
• Lead commercial negotiations with manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and suppliers regarding pricing, payment terms, lead times, warranties, service agreements, and contractual conditions.
• Manage the complete tender lifecycle through CAPT, K-Tender, KNPC, KOC, KIPIC, MEW, MOD, MOI, Kuwait University, and major industrial clients, including tender identification, document review, technical and commercial evaluations, bid preparation, compliance submissions, tender clarifications, negotiations, contract award, contract finalization, and execution.
• Prepare and evaluate RFQs, RFPs, tenders, technical submittals, compliance statements, commercial proposals, procurement recommendations, and contract documentation.
• Analyze quotations, perform technical and commercial comparisons, negotiate final terms, and finalize procurement awards in alignment with company objectives and customer requirements.
• Coordinate procurement planning, inventory requirements, logistics, import operations, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure successful project execution.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives to improve supplier performance, procurement efficiency, cost optimization, and supply chain reliability.
• Develop business opportunities and manage key accounts across oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, aviation, defense, manufacturing, power generation, government, and academic sectors.
• Provide technical application support, product demonstrations, customer presentations, equipment evaluations, and solution recommendations for advanced NDT and industrial inspection technologies.
• Monitor procurement KPIs, supplier performance, project timelines, commercial objectives, and customer satisfaction while maintaining long-term relationships with customers, OEMs, and suppliers.

Technical / Procurement & Tendering Engineer

• Managed technical procurement and tendering activities for mechanical, HVAC, fabrication, and industrial projects.
• Prepared technical proposals, commercial offers, tender submissions, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Led factory production and delivery teams comprising approximately 15–20 personnel.
• Coordinated with customers, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
