• Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Preparing financial budgets, forecasts, and other analysis as required by the clients within the agreed upon scope.
• Assisting in development of the accounting process, from chart of accounts to management reports process.
• Coordinate with audit firm by providing documents and required information.
• Supervises advisors assigned to clients providing guidance and support to them.
• Conduct meetings with clients on a continuous basis and as required to obtain information regarding the client’s requirements.
• Build strong client relationships, contributing to the growth of the firm’s Services practice.

Audit Associate

• Performed audit engagements for companies in various business sectors.
• Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings.
• Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report, discussing findings with auditees.
• Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.

Accountant

• Financial data entry into accounting software including invoices, expenses, and revenue.
• Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions such as verify invoices, match them with purchase orders, and process payments and prepare and send out invoices to clients and customers.
• Reconcile bank statements to ensure that the company’s financial records match bank transactions.
• Update and maintain the general ledger with accurate financial information.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets for review by senior accountant or finance manager.
