-Manage and maintain product catalogs on e-commerce platforms.

Generating investment recommendations based on the findings of the fund reports.
 Drafting the summary for the Private Equity and Real Estate funds in accordance with the quarterly reports as per the instructions of the Head of Department.
 Monthly review of the Equity Fund Summary will be performed, assessing its performance in relation to the benchmark according to Bloomberg.
 Analyzing the performance metrics for JPM’s single stock as well as diversified portfolio and delivering weekly and monthly reports to the Head of Department.
 Examining the quarterly unaudited financial documents and reconciling the data for correctness with the corresponding bank statements.
 Preparing bank instructions to facilitate the processing of capital call payments, as recommended by the department head.

Advanced Associate

Assist engagement teams with various processes, such as multi-location coordination, engagement economics, confirmations, project and database management.
 Maintain and update global engagement team databases and contact lists as appropriate.
 Assuming responsibility for all work and ensuring that the work is reviewed thoroughly before the output is sent out as per the deadline.
 Work proactively and respond to regional stakeholders.

Attend and participate in weekly or Biweekly calls with the regional counterparts and share progress and status updates.
 Proactively reaching out to the teams soliciting feedback for the work and taking appropriate action.

Associate Financial Operations Analyst

Do basic research and reconcile custodian cash and position balances.
 Review of errors and fix the errors.
 Upload and reconcile Account Performance Data.
 Ensure that Service Level Agreements with clients are maintained under all circumstances.
 Collaborate well with other team members in both India and US offices.
 Assist in maintaining statistics of work performed for MIS reporting.
