Senior Mechanical Engineer

—Dec. 2011- Present: Senior Mechanical Engineer, KCC Engineering & Contracting Co.
—June 2013– current: Site Mechanical Engineer, steel structure, metal works, mechanical work, and Tie in Work

Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare, understand, and evaluate metal works and mechanical detailed Drawings.
• Pricing and costing analysis for all metal works and mechanical works.
• Coordinates the Metal Works elements of all the Project, partners with contractors and design engineers by visiting sites daily and follow up with my team to prevent any delaying and ensure proper execution.
• Provide interpretation of plan, detail sheets, and specification for consultant as required.
• Participates in evaluating contractor’s proposals on tenders.
• Participates in project negotiations with contractors / bidders.
• Follow up with consultants in developing designs.
• Prepare check list for consultant to get approval for executed works.
• Finishing all snag-list items and handing over the project to client.
• Planning for Factories and/or site: – (Manpower, Material, Transportation, Fabrication and Installation)

S Scope of work:
• Tie in Work: – Isolation, Bolting, Cold Cutting and welding work of carbon steel pipes for required partial Line shut down to execute tie in activities inside facilities (spools, Valves, Flanges Etc.).Facilities: – GC-08, GC-07, GC-03, GC-21, GC-04 BS-150 and BS-160 .
• Other Mechanical Work: – Pipe work, jib cranes, Launcher & Receiver installation for manifolds, Drip barrels, Flange pits.
• Steel structure Work: – Steel & Stainless handrails, Glass handrail, Cat ladders, hatch covers, steel gates, Steel fences, steel pipe support, Chain-Link Fence, Steel Parking Sheds, Steel Crash barriers, Transmission Towers, RTU shelters, Steel pergolas for A/C Machines, Steel Platforms, Steel tower for water tanks, Stainless steel cladding, Stainless steel skirting, etc.).
• Equipment’s: – Ability to arrange equipment’s, control Diesel and maintenance team for equipment’s at site.

1. Up gradation of Gas & Condensate Network South at Kuwait – KOC (2018- Current): – Contract Number 17051790 (Approved Tie in Coordinator)
2. Replacement of 12’’ crude Transit pipeline with 16’’ from GC-22 to CMM – KOC (2016-2018)-Contract Number 15052160
3. Construction, Maintenance of the Shuwaikh Stadium & Sport Facilities-PAAET (2013-2016)- (Approved Engineer).
4. Head Quarter of Regional Organization for protection of the Marine Environment- MPW (2015-2016).
5. Kuwait Army Heavy Duty Vehicle hangers at Kazama Camp – National Guard (2014-2015).
6. Construction, Completion and Maintenance of two commercial Complex at Mahboula – PAMA (2014-2015).
7. Platforms & Shelters for Electrical panels inside Al-Ahmadi Refinery – KNPC (2014).
8. Al-Ahmadi Police Headquarters – Ministry of Interior (2014-2016)
9. AL-Jahra Police Headquarters – Ministry of Interior (2016-2017)

Costing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Review and study tender’s documents and shop drawing for Plumbing& Firefighting works.
• Prepare quantity surveys for plumbing& firefighting.
• Pricing and costing analysis for mentioned scope of work.
• Prepare inquiries, receive quotations from suppliers and make comparison sheets for costs of companies for mentioned scope.
• Site visit in order to check quantities if required.

Sanitary Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and conceptualize ideas that will be presented to clients.
• Relay tasks to other engineers or workers.
• Assist workers in assembling plumbs, pipes and other materials.
• Communicate with clients or head officers regarding the plan of work.
