Reporting To: Workshop Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: CNC Machining / Precision Engineering / Manufacturing
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge in CNC machining parts and a proven track record in UAE-based sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing accurate estimates for machining parts, and providing technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚·Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the UAE
ï‚·Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical discussions to promote machining capabilities
ï‚·Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions based on product knowledge
ï‚·Prepare accurate quotations and estimates for machined parts based on drawings and specifications
ï‚·Interpret engineering drawings to support costing and manufacturing feasibility
ï‚·Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, QC) to ensure timely and accurate delivery
ï‚·Maintain an up-to-date understanding of products, services, and market trends
ï‚·Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies
ï‚·Maintain customer data, interactions, and opportunity pipeline using CRM tools
Candidate Profile:
Diploma (DME) or Bachelor’s Degree (BE Mechanical)
ï‚·Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in precision machining or manufacturing
ï‚·Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining parts and processes
ï‚·Ability to read and understand engineering drawings (2D & 3D CAD)
ï‚·Experience in machining parts estimation including material, machining, and finishing costs
ï‚·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ï‚·Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
ï‚·Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAEX, Fusion360) is a plus
