Job Description

Job Summary:  We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your accounting skills and gain hands-on experience in various accounting tasks. The successful candidate will assist in financial transactions, invoice preparation, and account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

·         Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.

·         Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

·         Send statement of accounts to customers and follow up on outstanding balances.

·         Ensure timely collection of overdue invoices.

·         Post supplier invoices and payments into the accounting system.

·         Reconcile bank and other accounts as directed.

·         Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks.

·         Support the finance team in various accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

·         Assist in internal and external audits by preparing the necessary documentation and reports.

·         Stay informed on basic accounting principles and relevant updates.

Candidate Profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Requirement open for all Asian Nationals-Indian & Filipinos Preferred
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g, Excel) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
