Job Description

 Job Summary: To perform other secretarial tasks including typing, filing, copying and emailing, scanning, faxing, ordering of office supplies, send and receive courier, receive visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings and other related activities.

Department: Marketing & PR

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Preparing clear, concise, and structured reports for the management team as requested by the Department Head.
  • Follow-Up & Ensure Timely Submission of Key Reports as per the P & P’s.
  • Act on preparation and generate regularly scheduled reports.
  • Draft and prepare letters, circulars, correspondence, reports, presentation, memos, reports, e-mails and meeting requests to various stakeholders and follow up where required.
  • Distribute correspondences to all departments, investors and service providers.
  • Prepare presentation as advised by the Manager.
  • Follow-up on pending issues with various departments.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, copying and emailing, scanning, faxing, ordering of office supplies, and other related activities.
  • Maintain a good storage and retrieval system of all relevant data, including an electronic and hard copy filing/ archiving system.
  • Prepare the financial records of the department & help the manager with budgeting.

Candidate Profile: 

  • Requirement open for all nationals
  • Preference for Female Candidates
  • Minimum 4-8 years’ experience as admin involved in marketing or PR tasks
  • Sc./BA in marketing or PR or Media
  • Bilingual-Arabic & English language is a must
