Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kuwait. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing.
ï‚· Arrange courier / messenger packages (wrap packages and prepare shipments).
ï‚· Ensuring meeting rooms are ready to use and support in the preparation of rooms.
ï‚· Performs reception duties to greet and direct clients and visitors.
ï‚· Performs and Orders and inventories office supplies as needed.
 Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
ï‚· Must be a team player and work collaboratively with the back-up Receptionist the Administrative Team
ï‚· Must be an organized individual with strong written and verbal communication skills.
ï‚· May perform basic data entry.
ï‚· Proficient in Calendar Management, Expense Reporting, Domestic/International Travel, and working with multiple managers.
ï‚· Greet and assist employees and clients.
ï‚· Operates a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel.
Candidate Profile:
ï‚· Requirement open for all nationals
 Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
ï‚· Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
ï‚· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ï‚· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
