Job Description
Reporting To: Deputy CEO
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Management:
• Monitor and manage client orders to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Place offline orders as required, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and regulatory standards.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure all trading activities adhere to the regulations set by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and internal compliance policies.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
• Client Interaction:
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries related to trading activities.
• Provide clients with insights and updates on their investment portfolios.
Candidate Profile:
ï‚· Must be a registered broker in Kuwait with a valid license from the Capital Markets Authority (CMA).
 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
ï‚· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brokerage or trading operations in Kuwait and GCC markets.
ï‚· Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial instruments.
ï‚· Proven leadership skills with experience in team management.
ï‚· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ï‚· Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
