Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and innovative Executive Chef on behalf of a prestigious luxury dessert and catering brand specializing in handcrafted sweet creations, bespoke cakes, and comprehensive event catering services. The successful candidate will lead a large culinary team, ensuring impeccable execution of sophisticated dessert menus and high-end catering operations that uphold the brand’s commitment to quality and elegance. This leadership role involves overseeing recipe development, production planning, food safety standards, and cost management, while fostering a creative and efficient kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Develop and implement creative, seasonal, and cost-effective menus.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure a high-performing team environment.
• Maintain inventory, manage food costs, and control waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards (Dubai Municipality regulations).
• Collaborate with F&B management to enhance guest satisfaction and overall experience.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely procurement of quality ingredients
Qualification &Skills:
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role within a luxury hospitality or fine-dining environment.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of international cuisine; expertise in Mediterranean, Arabic, or Asian cuisine is highly desirable.
• Strong command of kitchen operations, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve efficiency.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Experience managing large kitchen teams (100+ staff) is an advantage.
• Creative, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
