Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Sales Representative to grow and manage our customer base across Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés in Kuwait. The role is field-based and focuses on driving revenue through consistent customer engagement, full product portfolio presentation, and acquisition of new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Visits & Coverage
ï‚· Execute daily customer visits in line with assigned routes and frequency plans (100% compliance required)
ï‚· Plan efficient travel routes to maximize productivity
ï‚· Record all customer interactions in CRM (visit purpose, outcome, next steps)
2. Product Portfolio Selling
ï‚· Present the full product range during every customer visit
ï‚· Proactively promote new products, offers, and upselling opportunities
ï‚· Avoid simple order-taking; focus on consultative selling
3. New Business Development
ï‚· Identify and approach new HORECA customers within assigned territory
ï‚· Convert leads into active accounts
 Achieve monthly target of 3–5 new customer acquisitions
4. Sales Growth & Basket Expansion
ï‚· Analyze customer menus and identify gaps in product usage
 Increase average order size to 5–7 SKUs per customer
ï‚· Replace competitor products through value-based selling
5. Reporting & Administration
ï‚· Submit daily field activity reports
ï‚· Maintain accurate CRM records (orders, visits, complaints)
ï‚· Report competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
Candidate Profile:
ï‚· Arabic-speaking male candidates preferred
ï‚· Valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory
 Familiarity with Kuwait’s HORECA market is a strong advantage
 2–8 years of sales experience in HORECA, FMCG, or food distribution
ï‚· Proven track record in outdoor/field sales
ï‚· Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
ï‚· Target-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs
ï‚· Good communication skills in Arabic and English
ï‚· Basic proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
