Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop & Implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals & increase online sales.
- Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior & competitive landscape.
- Create engaging & relevant content for the company’s website , social media platforms & email campaigns.
- Plan & schedule content to ensure consistant & timely updates over all digital channels.

Social Media Management & Engagement:
- Manage social media account (e.g Facebook , Instagram , Twitter) by creating posts, responding to comments & engaging with the followers.
- Monitor social media performance & analyze engagement metrics to optimize strategies & improve results.
Content &SEO Organization:
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility & search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword search & optimize website content for search engine performance.
- Design , execute & manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions & customer research.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:Â
- Manage & optimize paid advertising campaigns(e.g. Google Adds & Social Media Ads ) to drive traffic & conversions.
- Track & analyze performance of digital marketing activiteies sech as Google Analytics & social media insights.
- Provide reports on campaign effectiveness , website traffic & conversation rates & make recommendations for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaborations:
- Work closely with sales, customer service & creative teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies or venders as needed for specialized digital marketing
- Perform any additional task as assigned by the department head.
Candidate Profile:
- Requirement pen for Arab nationals
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience of 2-5 years in the relevant field
- Should have experience in Sales & Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques such as Google Analytics & social media management tools
