Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop & Implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals & increase online sales.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior & competitive landscape.
  • Create engaging & relevant content for the company’s website , social media platforms & email campaigns.
  • Plan & schedule content to ensure consistant & timely updates over all digital channels.

 

Social Media Management & Engagement:

  • Manage social media account (e.g Facebook , Instagram , Twitter) by creating posts, responding to comments & engaging with the followers.
  • Monitor social media performance & analyze engagement metrics to optimize strategies & improve results.

 

Content &SEO Organization:

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility & search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword search & optimize website content for search engine performance.
  • Design , execute & manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions & customer research.

 

Performance Analysis & Reporting: 

  • Manage & optimize paid advertising campaigns(e.g. Google Adds & Social Media Ads ) to drive traffic & conversions.
  • Track & analyze performance of digital marketing activiteies sech as Google Analytics & social media insights.
  • Provide reports on campaign effectiveness , website traffic & conversation rates & make recommendations for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaborations:

  • Work closely with sales, customer service & creative teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or venders as needed for specialized digital marketing
  • Perform any additional task as assigned by the department head.

Candidate Profile:

  • Requirement pen for Arab nationals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience of 2-5 years in the relevant field
  • Should have experience in Sales & Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques such as Google Analytics & social media management tools
