Job Description
Reporting To: Assistant General Manager
(Head of Business Development & Client Relation Department)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities and trends.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to attract potential clients.
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and real estate agents.
- Prepare and present leasing proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available properties.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.
- Provide regular reports on leasing activities and business development progress.
Candidate Profile:
- Requirement open for Kuwaiti Nationals
- Female Candidates Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Required 5 years plus experience in the same field
- Should be able to join immediately
