Reporting To: Technology risk Director
Job Summary:
The Program Manager supports the coordination and day-to-day oversight of the Non-Financial Risk advisory
engagement, working across Operational Risk, Information Security & Data Privacy, Third-Party Risk Management, and Fraud Risk Management. The role acts as a coordination point for delivery progress, deliverable quality, and reporting, while accountability for risk ownership and decision-making remains with the client at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination & Delivery Oversight
• Act as the point of contact for day-to-day delivery, quality, and escalation matters.
• Track the delivery plan, milestones, and dependencies across the NFR workstreams
.• Help manage delivery risks and issues, flagging them for escalation where needed.
Quality Review
• Review key deliverables for consistency and accuracy before they are submitted.
• Support periodic Service Quality Reviews of the engagement’s outputs.
Reporting & Coordination
• Consolidate updates and reporting across the different NFR workstreams.
• Help prepare materials and presentations for management and risk committee updates.
• Coordinate communications between the advisory team and stakeholders.
Performance Tracking
• Track progress against agreed KPIs and success criteria.
• Monitor and report on delivery status, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate with other functions (e.g., Procurement, Legal, BCM) where dependencies arise.
Candidate Profile:
Requirement open to all nationals
5–8+ years of experience in the required field
