Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control In-Charge to lead food safety and regulatory compliance within a fast-growing central kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead all food safety and quality assurance programs.
• Maintain ISO compliance and audit readiness.
• Act as the primary point of contact during regulatory inspections.
• Conduct daily operational audits across production and storage.
• Enforce hygiene and sanitation standards without compromise.
• Drive corrective actions and preventative controls.
• Train teams and build a strong culture of food safety.
Requirements
• 5+ years in Quality Control / Food Safety.
• Experience in central kitchens, large-scale catering, or food production.
• Strong knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience working with PAFN or equivalent food authorities.
• Confident communicator with strong leadership presence.
