Job Summary:
A premium dessert and catering brand known for its handcrafted confections, luxury cakes, and upscale event offerings is seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join its retail teams across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, and Sharjah. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about high-end F&B retail and excel at delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in representing the brand, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction in a fast-paced, boutique-style environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and engage customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Present and promote dessert products, custom cake services, and premium offerings.
• Understand customer preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory accuracy.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Support store operations including stock receipt, replenishment, and daily reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store functioning and client satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional activities, sampling events, and store campaigns.
Qualification &Skills:
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience in F&B, hospitality, or premium dessert environments preferred.
• Must be currently based in the UAE (candidates outside UAE will not be considered).
• Bilingual preferred (Arabic & English); strong communication skills essential.
• Open to both male and female candidates; Arab nationality preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, selling, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-driven, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality.
• Professional grooming and high level of customer service.
