Job Description

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading a sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Manager will also play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the printing industry.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and promotional strategies.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales outcomes.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.

  • Requirement open for Bilingual Male Candidate
  • Requirement open to Indian & Arab nationals in Kuwait
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • Must hold a valid Kuwaiti Driving Liscence
