Job Description
Reports To: Commercial Manager, GM
Key Responsibilities:

- Key Accounts, Cooperatives, Horeca & Ecommerce
- To effectively track, grow and maintain positive sales for the company’s brands in all of the main channels by following a data driven approach assigned by the Management
- Following, enforcing and tracking the Standard operating procedures set by commercial manager to ensure smooth flow of sales pipeline and category wise targets.
- To Build and maintain profitable relationships with existing and new customers
- To Implement new creations, Promotions, primary display and secondary display as per brand requirements.
- To be in touch with all outlets, with regards to day-to-day activities.
- To align with Sales Supervisors – planograms, sales review by outlet, new implementation’s, clerical issues, space constraints.
- Make sure, products are displayed in a first in – first out manner & expiries dates administered.
- Return ratio to be studied and controlled.
- To identify and close deals with new customers.
- To increase the profile/ product range for existing customers.
- Sales Team / Distribution team –
1) Coordinate effective ways to lower cost by – efficient Route plans by location, increase in productivity in stores (better displays, smooth merchandising skills)
2) Conduct timely meetings on Sales data / dashboard by month & assign targets (based on customer ratings, namely – sell-out rate, returns ratio, MSL)
3) To coordinate on-ground activities to Sales team for smooth flow of work.
Candidate Profile:
- Requirement open for Indian nationals
- 5 Years of management experience working in a reputed FMCG distribution company
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, bilingual candidate preferred
- Well networked and endorsed in the FMCG industry
