Job Description
Job Title: Senior Accountant / Business Analyst
Location: Kuwait
Reporting to: Head of Accounts
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant / Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and data analysis activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing financial data, maintaining accurate reports, and driving process improvements that enhance business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis:
ï‚· Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement.
ï‚· Utilize Microsoft Excel & Word Proficiently for financial analysis & reporting.
2. Reporting & Maintenance: Prepare and maintain regular financial and management reports using Excel and basic reporting tools.
3. Process Enhancement: Continuously improve reporting processes and streamline data workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments to gather inputs, consolidate information, and deliver timely MIS reports.
5. Data Accuracy & Consistency:
ï‚· Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across financial systems and reporting outputs.
ï‚· Maintain a master Spreadsheet tracking various investments.
6. Insight Presentation:
ï‚· Present financial insights, analysis, and visual reports to the line manager through clear visualizations and concise narratives.
ï‚· Provide timely & accurate financial information to management for decision Making
7. Key Attributes: Dynamic, analytical, and a strong team player
Candidate Profile:
ï‚· Bachelors/Masters in Finance/accounting, CA (Inter ) /CA preferred
ï‚· Requirement open to all nationals (Indians Preferred)
ï‚· Experience of 7-10 Years in relevant field
ï‚· Excellent communication and presentation skills
ï‚· Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
