Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and proactive Senior Broker expanding client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both existing and prospective clients within the online trading platform and drive the growth of the company by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the online trading sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generic Responsibilities:

• Corporate Governance and Compliance: Work fully within risk policies and procedures and compliance regulations and ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks
• Policies & Processes: Develop and implement relevant policies and procedures and conduct regular reviews to remain relevant and effective.
• Risk Management: Work alongside Risk Management in ensuring that the function works fully within the set frameworks, proactively monitor and report on risk exposure in order to enhance control effectiveness.
• Compliance: Work fully within company’s Compliance regulations and standards.
• People Management: Manage, motivate & develop employees and the team in line with ABK Capital’s people policies & practices.

1. Core Responsibilities:

• Opportunity Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in online trading, including new product initiatives and deal sourcing, to drive company growth.
• Relationship Management: Create strategies to acquire new online trading clients, enhance existing relationships, and monitor revenue performance against targets.
• Client Expansion Opportunities: Engage with potential individual and corporate clients through various online channels to expand the client base and create additional opportunities for the company.
• Business Planning: Collaborate with the Asset Management Division to formulate and execute business plans for online trading investments that require additional funding.
• Excellent Service: Deliver high-quality services to online trading clients to demonstrate the company’s value proposition and excellence in the online trading sector.
• Performance Updates: Regularly communicate with online trading clients to provide updates on their investment performance, coordinate with the Asset Management Team, and recommend asset reallocations when necessary.
• Client Resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries regarding their online trading investments and future opportunities by directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities in online trading to enhance client loyalty and increase company revenue.
• Client Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of online trading clients by assessing their needs and risk appetites to propose suitable investment solutions and products.
• Target Development: Review performance targets with the Direct Manager regularly to ensure the achievement or surpassing of annual goals in online trading.
• Client Systems Management: Establish a system to maintain updated client information for efficient access when needed in online trading operations.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Manager related to online trading services.

Candidate Profile:

• Requirement open for Arab nationals
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in online trading or a related field, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with online trading clients effectively.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets in the online trading sector
