Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Tech Lead to join our team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for a highly experienced individual with a strong background in leading technical projects in the e-commerce sector. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative solutions, managing technical teams, and ensuring the success of various e-commerce projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable e-commerce solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver top- quality products.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.
- Optimize and maintain existing systems and applications.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to coding and development.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate best practices in development.
Candidate Profile:
- Requirement open for all nationals
- 5+ years of proven experience working on e-commerce projects
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and frameworks used in e-commerce platforms.
- Experienced as a web-developer in Ecommerce
- Experience in Magento & Flutter
